Cheers fir the guid comments folks but its guys like you's and this forum which has been a guid help to me. Knowing there other folk in the same boat as me has been a tremendous help. Highlight for me was saying no to a cig on ma first drinking session since quitting and lowlight wiz crumbling the FIRST day aff ma patches. But hey ho as ive said many a time - if i can do it then anybody. Keep believing guys! Cheers!
