I have been quit for 3 Years, 19 hours, 29 minutes and 7 seconds (1,096 days). I have saved £5,484.05 by not smoking 21,936 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Months, 2 Weeks, 1 Day and 4 hours of my life. My Quit Date: 17/02/2008 22:00

I think the 17th is a good quit day I'm still trotting along in your wake.
The great thing is that in another 3 years I reckon that many of the people posting in the 1st few months sections now will be posting how well they have done.
As Nic so rightly says, in 3 years time, you guys and gals will be popping back in here to tell us how great you feel and how so very glad you are to be free of the Ol' Nicodemon.
You were one of my inspirations! You were one year quit when I was 9 days quit. I followed many of the mantra's and here I am two years clean! Thank you and well done x

It is really very nice to see posts like this. I like to read the one year plus thread occassionally as it reminds me that it is doable. You guys all seem so happy and stuff, I want to be there too!
