Day 18 still not feeling to special

Well day 18 has arrived and to be honest i have not thought about cigs all day as not felt wonderful.

I have not even had a patch on today and i popped to my smoking thing a day early as working in the morning and my co2 test was 1 which i was proud about.

Thinking of coming of the patches and just keeping to the inhalator to reduce amout of nic so might be a bit grouchy over next few days lol.

Think the cough i have is a bug that is going around so plenty of tablets cought mixture and feeling sorry for myself over the next few days me thinks....
