Well done nic on your determination to get this far and your up coming milestone!
It's people liek you who are my push in the right direction, today is my 4th day so Im a little behind you heh! however seeing sucess stories like yours really gives me the power needed to not smoke!
one telling me i play better poker when i used to be smoker i should start again ------ this one is trying to justify his smoking to himself if he makes u start again so they will feel better
another thought i said can i roll one up and put all the paraprenalia in front of me -------- a desparate person trying to get justification again
another guy who said to me last week wow u counting the days and looked at me as though i was crazy, he barley smoked all night and was a bit moody i think he wants to do what i have done .------ he so wants to do wat u have done
omg your poker friends are oozing envy and i bet u feel good [i would]
as a ex smoker/non smoker u can just see the psycology of it so clearly but they dont they are still trapped and its sad
Good job Nic
And a hearty well done to all the January quitters - you are all well on the way now - keep it up and here's to the next 4 weeks *raises glass while tipping hat*
I am right there with you... one day til four weeks done, it's gone so fast. I thought the 12 to 16 days were the worst, and its getting easier every day now.
just three days until a WHOLE month... YAY!
keep going the new years quitters.. and the newbies. x

Thanks for translating the reasoning it makes sense
The doctor has had to put me on temazepam and Im still snoring ... but he cant do anything about that until I cough all this crap up apparently, but still going strong!
I joined Bannatynes yesterday, so will be going to the Gym daily now
It's an expensive gym for such a small one, but the money you save not smoking ....
