Well day 10 nearly over and quite proud!!!

Hi all well day 10 is here and i feel ok - having a few temper tantrums as usual lol but other than that i have been changing my routines and i feel great today.

My work partner who supposingly gave up with me ended up lighting up in front of me and i didnt batter an eye lid.

Just sat in car and when she goy in when she had finished she really smelt and asked her to open window lol.....

i just went out for my break at work and had to come back in as all the smell of smoke was making me want one hahaha
