Nicotine Nasal Spray

Just wanted to talk about the nicotine nasal spray. Doesn’t seem to be a popular choice from what I’ve seen on here but I really recommend it. For me, nothing gives you a hit of nicotine the way that did and its delivered instantly and cravings are gone in an instance, even giving the feeling of being satisfied like I used to have after finishing a cig. Makes you sneeze allot at first but that soon goes. It also can be pricey at £20 a bottle.

Has anyone else tried it? If so how did you get on with it?

I've not tried it personally Dave, a guy at work quit a year or so ago and he used the Nasal Spray and says it definitely helped him quit.
