Over 3 weeks nicotine free. The craves are easily brushed off. I keep the knowledge that I can never have another puff at the forefront of my mind. Going to a ceildh on Saturday so need to go easy on the alcohol.
The didding in my garden is keeping me busy. Not something I would have entertained a few months ago.

Thanks, folks. Every day does get easier. I passed a group of smokers shivering outside an office this morning and I was glad all that is behind me.
Well, I am in good spirits despite the drizzle. My digging has been suspended due to the weather. I did some shopping this morning. Having a quick cuppa then off to buy some gardening stuff.
My zumba injury has cleared up so I will head to a pilates class tonight. I am loving having money in my purse and not having to check I have cigs. DH went out in the pouring rain the other night to get fags and I was glad that was behind me.
