Day 5 has arrived and feeling low today

Well day 5 has arrived and i have my smoking test at clinic today.

I know i have done well and the reading will be great but so got the urge just to have one.

Might be as i am tired daughter up ill last night but gonna try and fight the craving with some excercise today plus on the up side its good for me....

You've done well Emma, nearly at the first week stage.

I too find that if tired my resolve seems to be weakened/tested, especially when it's still dark outside (seems so depressing).

In the light of day we all see things differently so soldier on girl, you can do it.
