Well day 6 it is come on.
Yesterday went well nothing much really to report a few thoughts of smoking but just split second thoughts, even managed to have a couple of beers without the though or need to go for a smoke. Just very happy I decided to stop and have managed to do it and going strong.
Just now looking forward to it being a week and then 2 weeks and so on, good mood today and still thinking positive.
your doing really well and feeling positive is always an added bonus :D
