Afternoon G you are doing brilliant and I am sad to see you are having to work, no one who is quitting smoking should have to go to work for at least a month to give them time to get into the swing of being smoke free, I will have a word with your boss and the goverment and get them to change the law.

Other than that you are doing great and I wish you well, hang in there gal its so worth it.

On the whole today has been pretty good. Busy this morning but felt fine. Got a bit stressy over other peoples inaptitude after lunch but it passed. It's always the same there. Didn't really make me want a fag which as we all now would not change anything anyway.

I cannot believe it is day 6 tomorrow. The time has flown apart from the first day. My first task before driving to work tomorrow is to Fabreze the car. It stinks :mad:

How well are we doing lol.

We are not supposed to go out for a fag break so that makes it easier for me as I would not have been able to go for one if it got too bad anyway (technically that is :p)

Hope you sleep better tonight Joan. Have you tried the warm bath, milky drink before bed scenario? Relaxation, breathing CD. Umm sex? Oops, did I say that out loud :eek: Seriously though, hope you have a better night.
