Here I am again. I managed to stop for nearly 6 months and then caved in to the nicodemon. But onwards and upwards so this year I will do it.

I want to feel good again so it's back to the gym. I want to be free. Wish me luck.

Good girl for deciding to quit even if it is "again" because goodness knows I quit a year ago and I am amazed that I acually did it. Now Ellie if after 35 years smoking I can stop I believe that anyone can, so the very best of luck and don't give into the nicotine, and we are all here to talk and listen.
