Well just over...HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone..Been away for a couple of weeks back now, hope everyone had a great time..well, it has been a journey and a half, but thats me 3 months stopped, not one ciggie/puff/drag/sniff/lick/smell/ whatever..cant believe it myself ... too everyone out there if I can do it you guys sure can...3 months !! whats that ?? roughly 90 days, thats 2160 hours, cool at 5.60 a packet thats me saved £504 like it

Im just behind you, 12 weeks today : )

This is the first time it has not felt like a temporary thing.

Two months, three weeks, one day, 10 hours, 13 minutes and 7 seconds. 1668 cigarettes not smoked, saving £400.64.

Well done M r G , and just watch what happens now because based on my experience you will periodically look at someone who is smoking and realise that you don't have any feelings about wanting to smoke, or that you are not going to start a further quit and give up this three months quit, hope that makes ence) but really it does get easier as you race to wards your first year off the fags . I will be watching your progress so read and write regularly on this site
