Flying visit

Hi all,

Hope everyone is well. Just making a flying visit into month one as I move up to month two tomorrow. Can't believe have quickly it's flown!

Still going good and cravings more of an annoyance than anything now. Starting to think I could never have possibly smoked, especially seeing all the smokers huddled outside in the current bad weather. And my car mechanic commented on how the car smelled much better!

Well done you! Isn't it just lovely to sit in the pub and say 'no I don't smoke' when the smokers ask you out to go into the cold with them. You're doing brill hun xxx
