Double Figures For Me

Today is the day i froll into double figures on my quit .

a whole 10 days smoke free . never thought i had the will power to conquer this but so fari have and doing it cold turkey ,

so proud of my self for getting this far , the way i feel at the moment i can honestly say i will never smoke again ,

since day two of my quit i have not really struggled e.g urges mood swings etc.

day one was a bad time but now everyday is easier , i cannot remember accept for day one when i i have had the urge to cavein and have a ciggie .

so this is me day 10 signing off
