Nice one Gary Yeah it is funny how the time seems to go at the time it seems to be at a standstill but as you look back on your quit it seems to have gone quickly
Don't let your guard down though a that nicodemon as habits of creeping up on you when you least expect it.
Ill be so pleased when i hit the week mark, im on day 4 and it seems to be going so slow. I cant believe i didnt stick at quitting 7 months ago when i tried, i feel so much better already.
you can do it one day at a time to get to day four is brilliant a great hurdle to get over, now the nicotine is out of the body only mind games now.Believe that YOU are the master of your ship.Good luck.
That's cool that you could go outside and NOT smoke, a big step. I never had a problem with that as I was a closet smoker the last few years and never smoked with other people together, curiously, never had the urge to.
Didn't think week 2 would be this ugly. Yesterday, as today, if I would HAVE some I would smoke them, probably all of them, ugh....
So I better not go near a store at all these days.
