Starting week 4

Hope you dont mind but I just had to post in the 1 month section to give me peace of mind and the strength to carry on....

Tomorrow will be the start of WEEK4 for me and I feel ok ish ..had some real ups and downs this weekend but still refrained from smoking...I am now smelling smokie things from 40 yards :eek: even my wardrobe has a stale smell of smoke that I never noticed before...Workmates now are completeley minging when they come in after having a fag ..it is truly digusting :eek: until you stop for a length of time you truly dont know what you have been putting non smokers through..god knows what the kids must think..

I am determined to keep going cause I really do not want anyone to smell me in that way ever again....thanx for letting me rant I feel much better now think I will go for a long walk before tea..

Well done Mr g, you are doing so well! Have you read about the terrible 3's? It looks like you just got to the end of the 3rd week and still going strong, thats great! I remember when i noticed smelling the smoke from 40 yrds too, and how much i really could never believe that i used to smell like that!!!

I actually had to empty my warderobe and wash all of my clothes as they smelt so bad, yet i had never noticed it!!

Anyway, well done and keep it up!!
