Day 26 of my cold turkey

I'm on day 26.Feeling good with my cravings .But I caught cold and have lots of phlegm.

Hope fully this will go away soon.

Hi Sara, ditto the cold thing, 'orrible isn't it!

Well done on 26 days though, you'll be counting up the months before you know it. Glad the cravings are keeping at bay, you sound as though you're in a pretty good quit which is fantastic.

Keep the tissues at hand, plenty of fluids and this cold should pass us by soon.
