Here i am at the airport on my way home to a family emergency. Everything is ok, she just broke her right arm so I'm coming back to look after her for few weeks. I think she's going to become left handed when i combed her hair hahaha

So here i am, it's week 3, I'm at the airport waiting for my flight and I've not used any excuse to smoke :cool: i'm kind of proud

I'll keep posting here and on my blog, smoky Spain is going to b particularly hard to cope with.

good for you i make it a kind of emotion game now, i tell myself that first all i have to do is to try and figure out exactly what kind of emotion i am having, then by the time i've got the right name i usually no longer have the emotion that strong so no longer have to fight the urge to smoke - and most of the time don't even have to bother dealing with the emotion lolm just let it go.. especially anger and frustration i just let them go these days now i've quit maybe one day i'll bother with them again, but not right now... feelin for ya, just think how great you'll feel when finally you are home, and all without smoking!!!! 5mol<er
