Day 4 and Im feeling great

I feel surprisingly good today (and yesterday). Am using the Inhaler instead of the microtabs and its working a treat. Tonight will be the big test though cause Im having some wine - hopefully will continue to resist

Hope all the other 4 dayers are feeling just as good.

Well look at you, day 4 is fantastic and i'm really pleased you're feeling good. Don't worry about a couple of glasses of wine, enjoy them, and there's nothing hopeful about resisting any urges, you WILL resist any urges! No apologies in the morning and hopefully no hangovers either! Seriously, I know alcohol does seem to play quite a role in people losing their quit so take it easy, and enjoy your evening.
