you have started again -cos you posted here

I bet you can recall lots of wisdom and coping strategies from your last quit to help you.

so as you already know -you got to get your head in the right place by reading loads refresh yourself with the signatures on here and the wise words within.

and do it . set a date when it is right for you and you have that inner voice saying -ok now .

Been there - got the T shirt - I'm sorry that it happened to you too. If it is of any consolation, I went back to my GP and got more Champix and got back on the wagon. Worked for me so far (nearly 4 months quit second time around).

You must learn the mistakes and go do it again!

Feel for you i really do, ive been in your situation a lot of times...a dark place it is being in between smoking & quitting...I think coz you know you can ....&.because your wanting to pick yourself up that is a very good sign..you will be back on your quit before you know it mate, & I for one wish you the best of luck
