Well this is a little embarrassing but I got to Day 3 of my quit and caved.....This is mainly due to being cruelly dumped by the guy I was seeing I have my suspicions he was seeing someone else anyway.... so I'm better off without the idiot. I'm annoyed at myself for letting him affect my quit but I'm here to say that I am planning on returning to Day 1 as soon as I have had a couple of days to wallow in self pity.....
Down but not out....

Good Luck P ...you will do this hun easily this time
Hmmmmmmmmm, as you say PP FAR better off without him if that's his game. At least you sound positive about getting straight back on your quit so good for you. The longer you leave it the harder it is.
If you are feeling crappy from the break up but have the attitude ' better off without him' why not apply that attitude at the same time to the cigs. Better off without them. And that way you can get the feeling crappy over with and come out the otherside a new person full of life...?
Just a suggestion. Sorry to hear about the break up and the return to the evil smokes. The only way is up. Start climbing
Hi I have to agree with G you are better of without any one who hasnt got you in the position of Number One, but the longer you smoke the harder it is to get back to quitting, you may as well feel sh1te all at the same time and thumb your nose at him, did you know that there are more men out there looking for non smoking women than men looking for smokers, just read that on the net.

Yep you said it PP, better off without. Yes it is a shame it did affect your quit but blimey only 3 days in no wonder!! Relationships are a pain in the bum sometimes!!! but well done for planning to get back on it, a few days of wallowing is great!!!!! I wallow for ages and ages. Good luck for day 1 and keep yourself strong.
Relationships can be such a pain in the ass sometimes. Anyway good riddance to him and hope you move on and also don't quit on quitting. One thing I have learnt from reading all these posts is no matter how bad you feel do not go back to smoking because then you will feel twice as bad!
Never mind this set back... take a break and do it! Hope it works out okay for you.
