what a day started off ok. then the cravings started. not good ive been fine so far but today has really pushed me but i havnt given in.
went out with my partner to nite had 4 vodkas but feel great because i havnt smoked.
even though todays been really trying at times i kept to my guns no fags.
hope 5 will be easier:eek:
