I'm Back and still on the straight an narrow!

Kinda felt like I had let myself down for having those few ciggies in Dubai in May, but i have let it go as I have not touched them since!

I have learnt my lesson and find it more motivating to continue with my quit than to have started again .

I told myself I would not post on here again until i was confident I wouldn't go back so here I am :p.

So I have successfully made it over the 6 month mark and hope that this trend will continue forever now!

Well done I love reading posts like this I am almost seven weeks in and I think my big milestone is the 6 month mark so I love reading others who make it that far makes me feel like it is reachable as I am sure you understand sometimes at the beginning it seems a little outa reach at times but here you are GO YOU!!! Well done and please come back and post from time to time so people like me can benefit from hearing about your story!!

Congratulations on hitting 6 months I am a few days behind you and it is a fantastic feeling.

I too have blipped but like you now feel confident in my quit again.
