I can see how much it means to you so hope you are celebrating in some way.
I found that after 5 months things got a lot easier so am sure you will find the same. We quit the same way and after a couple of months off the nicotine altogether I definitely noticed a big reduction in cravings. Its fantastic.
Good on you for sticking with it during your tough times. Keep it us cos before you know it you will be on your way to a year
Well done getting to 5 months. Sounds like it's been quite a struggle for you but you are doing great now so congrats and yep you should feel smug - i do!
