Hello and Congratulations

Hello Heathlander and welcome to the 6 month crowd, and well done to you.

Non smokers dont understand how we feel at this point or what we have been through to get to this 6 month point so let us all take hands as we soar towards the smokefree penthouse.

I have also added you to my smokefree beach party in the Med, which will happen when I get my cheque from the national lottery.

Well Heathland, we are all told that this next 6 months are easy which I beleive as I have never thought about smoking for the last 3 months, and I don't know about you but I feel great for giving up the fags as I was 30/40 a day and since I stopped on 18th December 2009 I have saved £2,227 and not smoked 8360 cigarettes, it's amazing when you start to look at these facts however this is not about me it is about you and are like all of the people on this site (Bloody brillient)
