Oh Kay so sorry to hear that you are having a dreadful time. You have done so brilliantlyin your quit coping with difficulties and losing weight. this must be so difficult for you. I hope that you have been reading what others say when they have a blip or full blown relapse and how they feel but know you are facing difficult times.

Im not a great poster as I never seem to find the right words, but dont forget we are here for you and I will be thinking of you

Hi Kay,

I am so sorry you are going through such a c**p time.

I would say that if the champix is making you feel so awful then please get yourself off to the docs. For most people it is a god send but for a few it is a complete nightmare & you need to come off it.

As for your o/h citing champix as the reason for your change in mood & hence breaking up is pretty awful. Sorry, ignore this bit if it offends but surley it is not worth losing a relationship for especially as you are doing it to stop smoking. 11 years a long time & not worth throwing away over this.

As for the wanting a fag......please don't make my mistake. I lost another quit & started smoking again & before you know it was back up to full strength smoking days. Even my son & daughter in law who have been stopped for about 7 years have started having the occasional cigar. I was very surprised & just wanted to shout out stop now, don't do it. So I am going to shout at you, stop, don't do it. You can't hit me from where you are! It won't chnage anything Kay, you know that hun.

Please get yourself off to the docs re the champix. Will be here for you & thinking of you.

Hi Kay dont smoke because some man cant cope with your slight change in mood, you must have been to good and now a slight deviation from what has become norm for him has sent him running, well let him you are stronger than that or you wouldnt have been able to quit in the first place, he will be back and you will be even stronger and might not want him back, please dont smoke this quit is for you and no one else and you shouldnt let him force you to smoke, he is being short sighted and mean and I dont care that he finds you harder to live with thats a cop out, as I said say to him GO and hold your head up, he will either come back or not if he does you know he loves you if he doesnt then you will meet someone who cares more and yes I know its hard babe I have been there in fact I have been having a bad time recently but wouldnt smoke because of a man his loss, it has worked out though for me and it will for u xxxx
