Wow day 15, feels like the battle is over. Started on patches for a week, stopped them cause they made me feel ill. Using inhailator as and when needed. For the last couple of days I have felt like there is something missing, not having cravings, I'm surviving very well infact!
However.
The slightest disagreement or worry and oh my god I can cry for England, once I start I'm just not stopping
, one day I'm gonna drown in these tears!!!!!!!
I should be feeling proud of my 15 days, but I'm not, maybe because i'm scared of failing even though I have no desire to.x

Hi Jellie
well done on 15 days ............ you should feel proud and the only tears that should follow should be tears of joy that you haven't fed a killer addictions for 15 days ...congrats ...the only thing that is missing in your life is an old habit .....find a new one to replace it and that emptiness will will be gone forever
