In 43 minutes, I will not have had a puff of a ciggie for 50 days, did you hear that 50 days I cannot believe I am writing this. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have been free from Nicotine for 5 days let alone 50. I can't begin to tell you how good it feels. I have just been on an hours bike ride and although the limbs are aching, I am not out of breath :eek:. For anybody struggling out there, please believe me, If I can do it anyone can. Believe in yourself, know that you are stronger than the addiction, persevere and you will surpise yourself....thanks to everyone who has supported me so far, and to those who will support me in the future

Sorry, a bit late on this one so now I have to congratulate you on 51 days. A HUGE well done Shojam. You sound as though you're doing great which is fantastic.

Your sounding confident and strong with your quit.......... even if you don't always feel it, it will help so much to believe in yourself and know it's all possible and worth it all Positive reinforcement goes a long way.

Getting out and about (on your cycle rides) is a great positive distraction and how great to hear your managing more without any discomfort from the lungs. :cool:

It's your quit and your managing it really well, all the best for a good continued quit
