Today I managed a day in the pub full of people saying the word 'smoke'. It was suprisingly easy, just thought to myself I don't want to go down that road again and vwolla, im still smoke free

you know the feeling you get when you climb mount everest? Well not really, but im sure it must feel like this!
Good Morning Alexis I think I know what you mean about climbing a mountain but the further up you get the more like a hill it becomes, onwards and upwards is the only way and when you reach the top put the flag firmly into the ground and make sure every now and then you give it an extra hammer into the ground so it stays good and solid no matter how bad it gets around it, we all have to test ourselves and you have just tested yourself in a big way and I congratulate you that you have got through it, keep a posittive frame of mind and have a brilliant day xx
