Blimey, I remember when I joined in October seeing your posts and reading about reducing patches, mood swings but also reading the positives in remaining with the quit.

Ups and downs there's been for you but you've stayed with it and have been honest with yourself and in your posts about the effects you've felt from quiting..... all very encouraging.

@ Pol: and what a journey for so many of us too, i'm always glad to see the familiar names posting their milestones, but i can definitely say that at 11 months, i'm not feeling like a cig at all, just doesn't enter my mind now... it all improved once i'd weened off the patches. Did have a bit of a down time before christmas last year but once spring started to arrive, everything seemed so much more doable thank you

no idea where the last few months have gone at all, seems life is on fast-forward at the moment

quit is definitely settled, and still to this very day have not touched a single cig, i distanced myself so much from them that i demonised the whole sight of them let alone smoking one

Thank you, no really.. thank you. We are all making this journey here. all at various points in our quits, but its been and continues to be an absolute pleasure to be quitting alongside such an amazing bunch of good people who just want to be free.

Glad i found this site, without it i wouldn't have met many of the good folk who's quits i care about just as much as my own.
