I am back again after I got rid of the BF, which made no excuss to smoke but I did and can't go back, I can only go forward and learn from what my triggers are. Knowing stress or whatever is bothering me is not the answer, so patch is on and gonna see if I can't make it past that one month mark this time and keep on moving forward.

Hi Michelle if booting BF has helped then great just hope your are not missing him too much, either way glad you are now getting into a quit that will I hope be more sustainable for u.

This forum as you know will keep u on track if you use it, and there are loads of good people to help you keep quit, take care of your self and make sure you keep focused this time as no one can keep you quit but you.
