I have picked up at least 3kg(7lbs) over the past 8 days! I'm looking for a very low fat snack, any ideas? Am already drinking loads of water. Scared I'll be looking for an overeaters forum next

First of all glad you are having a good day. I have to ask though, what have you been munching on!? lol As you know I am day 8 too and havent gained a pound (yet!). Crab sticks, cockles, low fat yoghurt or fruit! xx

Hi... Salt and vinegar rice cakes are yum!!! I am a crisps lover so these are great or if you like choc - try choc moose or some of the choc deserts from the weight watchers range they are yummy too.... if you like sweets try some sugar free ones or fruity ice lollies are quite low in calories aswell and take ages to eat..
What kind of snacks have you been having... I find that if I actually say right I am going to have a treat at four o clock then I look forward to it and enjoy it... if I dont i just pick and things all day and dont realise just how much junk I have shovelled into my gob untill it is too light and I can hardly button my trousers lol
Snack on fruit, and try and have a smoothie (if you like them) there a good any time snack and good for breakfast also.. Oranges are good, high in Vitamin C to fight them bugs! And has something in them that makes you feel full for longer.
We might all be a bit clueless when it comes to smoking, but mention food and we are all experts Fantastic. See we are all alive and loving our new taste buds. Love the oranges idea and the rice cakes...... love them all actually, keep them coming

Was talking to someone the other day about snacking and smoking and I have to say I am not noticing a big difference in my eating habbits but as a smoker there were times I would actually eat something before going to have a cigg - just so that I would enjoy the cig more - how crazy is that!!! Anyone else ever done that!!
Ok so isnt chocolate healthy ??? no wonder I put the weight on after quitting Hee Haa celery sticks and chocolate spread, oops sorry meant peanut butter or marmite, popcorn is a good snack food and as long as you have the plain its good for your heart as well mmm coated in choccy joking, porridge for breakfast as it is excellent for keeping the fat off and leaves you feeling full longer, and last but not least choccy, ok so its not fat free but it is so good and off course dates and walnuts xx
