Sorry Steph I missed your 3 months yesterday as I was on and off but not really focused.

I hope you had a good day and that you are still strong and not having too much of a problem, this weather seems to have caught a few out and it is hard sitting out in the garden with a glass of wine chilling but I would also think there are loads that now hardly drink because of the quit.

Onwards and upwards to the Penthouse or are you like me and dislike heights I am going in the basement
