hi everyone, i've had another angry morning today but again as soon as the patch kicked in i was fine. i am now beginning to think smoking is horrible. today i went into town and someone walked past with a cig in there hand, and i thought the smell was disgusting which can only be good. i am pleased with myself for getting this far, so tonight im gonna treat myself and order a pizza, thanks.
Daniel.

Dan, I am 55 and smoked for 35 of those, you will find me in the 5 month quit section and racing towards the 6 month marker. Don't give in because everything gets better from breathing and smell to taste and of course your bank account, I will be watching your progress, and you will experience many feelings as your body detoxes, so don't be afraid to talk to your many new friends in this site about any feelings that you experience.
