Cant quite believe ive hit the 40 mark, after having a great start i have had a pretty poor last week (Struggled since downsizing patch pah). So to hit this milestone is a great feeling to have. Congrats to all who continue on this journey to a smoke-free life! Cheers for reading

Congratulations, you are going great guns. Yes, I struggled when I dropped down a patch size. I drop to the lowest size tomorrow and no doubt will struggle again.:rolleyes: It does help to reach milestones though doesn't it. Keep up the good work.
