Hi angel xx course i miss it ...everyday I miss it..... I get moody.miserable.cravey etc ..just like the next man/woman.... I just know I Dont miss it as much as I think I do & that the wonderful feeling I have inside from not smoking outweights any feeling of miss. does that make sense? ? Xxx

Btw its took a long time for me to get to here...fail after fail after fail .....Just feels different this time thats all xxx

get your sights set on first beating the number of weeks you were quit last year (16 or 17 weeks or more?).. thats objective number one , but get there happily and relaxed. Tis a great thing you are doing.

On sunday it will be 9 aye :).. i just look to see if i'm near the 11th of the month now to see if its another month gone by.. you really do stop clock watching after a bit.. very encouraging for you to read this i'm sure.. but its true.

You keep going kath, stay positive and embrace the happy happy vibe.. if stress comes your way, deal with stress like a medical symptom, there are many ways of combatting stress and worry.. just don't never bail out the easy route.

Keep going, make this one.. the one.

KK....9 weeks is fab and halfway to your hurdle....

I had one of those and once I was over it I knew I would never go back. So dig in those heels and fingers crossed the next 9 weeks FLY in.
