Am well chuffed as today have reached 40 days quit I would have saved £200in the process if I had not spent it & some LOL
This is MY QUIT after many, many failed attempts. You may think it is early days so how can I say that? Easy, I have gone into this one having learnt from my failures & triggers in the past & have worked through them all. There is nothing that life can throw at me now that will ever put me back on that path again.
To those who think that they will never do it keep on trying because one day that quit will be YOUR QUIT. You never fail till you stop trying
Love to all,
Gaynor xx

The money side is so scary isn't it. I have found myself looking at something & thinking umm, that's a bit much & then remembering I would hand over a fiver & more for cigs without thinking about it (well not too much anyaway!)
I am glad that you feel the same about your quit. It's a darned good feeling isn't it

I'm finding it strange actually finding money in my purse. I could cry when I think of how much I spent on cigarettes.
£200 thats a lot of money and it does make you sit up and take notice.
I have decided though that the money is never to be an issue else say you won the lottery would you smoke again???? So for me its health and all the little things that follow on from that as how you look and smell, so a whopping big congrats and a hug cause you smell nice now xx
G girl well done, 40 days and all that cash, I also know what you mean by this quit is your quit. You have nailed it, onwards and upwards. Stay strong and you know where I am if you need me.
