I really can't believe that I've made it to month one! I never thought I'd be able to make it past day 1. It really does get easier the longer it goes on. I know I'm still relatively early here, but I'm so proud of making it to my first month! Now all I need to do is cut down on the food intake...why am I so hungr all the time. Still, a small price to be nicotine free.
