Went to the stop smoking clinic at lunchtime and my CM level's have gone from 15 to 1 in 7 days!! It was a great motivator and I had a really good chat with the advisor

I feel like my 2 year old - she's got her sticker chart for good behaviour and potty training, mine for my smoking - but she keeps nicking my rainbow stickers

Hello there. Well done on not smoking for 7 days - thats great.

The CM level sounds like it would be a great motivator - and in all the time I've been quitting I've never done that.

I used to love seeing the nurse at the clinic and see it go down, like Gaynor said it was a very good motivator.
