Ive done 38days on my quit...xxx Still going good....This is not gonna fall apart ..not this time..Im enjoying more the not wanting to smoke part..the wanting is in dribs & drabs now xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Is that where we're up to- my god, we're simply brilliant, almost at a half century- how shall we celebrate when we get there? Good on you- you're always so positive in your quit- when I have a grumpy day (often!) I remind myself that you're just getting on with it without any dramatics and that helps me keep my feet on the ground (a bit!)

awh pols so glad im helping..i too have grumpy days but it so outweights the feeling i would feel if i lit up again!!! it will be all worth it..ure doing good too..mmm let me see 50 days celebrate with a rock nite dont u forget ure organising it lol ha ha
