Week 3 And No Smoking Day.

Hi everyone,

Just thought that you would be as happy as I am that at 4.30pm on Thursday 11th March, I completed 3 weeks as a non smoker.

Also, for the first time that I can recall, I have not smoked on National No Smoking Day. So that is something else to go in the record books.

Hope you are all enjoying your quit as much as I am. You can look back on them during the bad days.

Yep, apart from two pregnancies, which i may or may not have been smoking in March, Wednesday's NSD was the first in about 23 years as a non smoker too!!

I too had my first smoke free No Smoking day and even had a piece onm y quit on the website at work for NO smoking day ... what a change from the old me!!!
