i have hardly had any thoughts of having a ciggie, so it must get better and im only on day 3, i use the patches and the inhalator (used only bout 5 times all day)
does it get harder after your 3rd day? cos i know they say the nicotine is out of your body by day 3, im just wondering if the urge to have one will get worse because it aint in your system, (i hope im making sense haha) im hoping it will stay like this, i can deal with it lol

Hi I just responded to another one of your posts, you'll be sick of the sight of me
I also went CT and just felt relief after day 3, I knew all the nicotine was gone and thought that was fantastic. I did not feel particularly any better or worse, just happier that I'd got that far.
The only thing that keeps you wanting another cig is the last cig, so the more distance you build up from the last one the stronger you become.
Glad to hear it is getting better for you. Stay strong.
Day 3 does feel good doesn't it? Picked up an inhalator today as I thought it would be useful to help me through the evenings!! It has to be better than the real thing.
The nictoine isn't out of your system is it, because u are on NRT?
I'm on patches and the inhalator too, but have found today a real stinker to be honest:mad:
Last couple of days really didn't bother me, but this afternoon it seems to have been all consuming - thought about it pretty much constantly but don't actually want one if that makes sense! Just feel a bit jittery and distracted, but I know it'll pass
Well done on day 4 today and pleased it's going well for you
