Day 4 - Slept like a log

Well I've made it to Day 4 cold turkey!

Feeling really pleased with myself and whilst i've been a bit more irritatable than usual (especially Day 2), it hasn't been as bad as I thought. Smoking is still constantly on my mind though and I have to keep reassuring myself that I can do it.

One good thing was that I slept soooo well last night. I didn't wake up in the night at all and I felt quire clear-headed this morning, which is very unusual for me indeed!

Good luck to everyone else on day 4 - Now we've just gotta make it throught the weekend!

Hi, a good nights sleep can make such a difference to how you feel. All the nicotine is now out of your body :D

Not only am I sure you can do this, you are doing this, if you think the weekend might be hard, read the links in the signitures and post often it will help you stay strong.

Good luck and well done on day 4.

Nice one Edders! :D

I too kind of flipped out a bit on day 2  Had my first good night's sleep last night so onwards and upwards for us all!

I am going to do some decorating at the weekend & lots of dog walks to get me through. Trying not to be too daunted by it & plan to keep myself busy!
