Feeling really pleased with myself and whilst i've been a bit more irritatable than usual (especially Day 2), it hasn't been as bad as I thought. Smoking is still constantly on my mind though and I have to keep reassuring myself that I can do it.
One good thing was that I slept soooo well last night. I didn't wake up in the night at all and I felt quire clear-headed this morning, which is very unusual for me indeed!
Good luck to everyone else on day 4 - Now we've just gotta make it throught the weekend!
