Day 3 for me after an awful night.

Ok, so I learnt a lesson about these 24hr patches. Don't bother wearing them to bed. Had no sleep whatsoever til 6am so had to pull a sickie from work.

So today I've got up and other than feeling tired through lack of sleep, I'm confident. And seeing my squaddie friend remind me on Facebook that we've a £20 wager on me quitting, it's boosted my determination all the more. So a free day today but back at work tomorrow. The supervisors going to put me working with a non-smoker so thats a bonus.

I started on those and had truly weird dreams! I had to take them off at night and then things were easier. Well done on day three, thats brilliant!

I've craving a lot harder today so eating a lot more. Tempted to smoke but with a £20 bet on, no way. I'm a sore loser.

Well done day 3, and just think you will never have to do day 1 and 2 again, thats gotta be good.

Keep focused on that £20 plus the money you are saving from not buying the smelly things, your gonna feel rich soon.
