it's my second smoke free day today and I am feeling really positive. I smoked 30 a day for over 25 years and am one of only 2 people within our no smoking group to have not had a ciggie since Monday evening.
I am taking the "wonder drug" Champix that seems to be helping me no end at the moment. I have no cravings at all, is this normal?
Happy no smoking day to you all
Paul:)

I too am on Champix. Last part of day 2 wasn't so good for me, but I'm on day 3 now and determined to make this my last quit & I'm feeling really good too!
Have you joined the March quit group here yet? (see link in my signature)
