Today is my day 29. *shrug* Oh well, you gotta put up with me in here now Lol.
I went back onto my diet yesterday, and im actually missing my naughty food more than i ever missed my ciggys. So its really keeping my mind off the cigs!! Even if i am hungry!!
I had a really big shock yesterday!!
It was my first weigh in, and i was dreading it, but i had LOST 8LBS!!! :eek:

This Fab Feb Quitter is ok... the quit is going fine, but my personal life really, really isn't.... all my fault, which makes it worse, for some reason.
But anyway - we've just got to keep on keeping on, and I've managed a month already, so will just keep going.
Well done Elli - don't think the scales are going to be quite so forgiving for me when I weigh myself on Sunday!

Excuse me 8lb, how is that possible?? I have decided not to weigh myself, as i know I have put on weight!! I did originally say that I would start the healthy eating after being off the cigs for a month, but I'm there already, so have now extended it to 3 months. I will be the size of a baby elephant by then!!
Hi Fab Febbers - well done for getting so far. I'm still hanging on in and have decided to drop the patches as they didn't seem to be doing that much for me apart from keeping me awake! Am suffering from a few more really bad moods which is not being appreciated by the OH who is losing patience with my self-absorption. But my breathing is so much better than 30 days ago, my clothes and car don't stink and I have to say my self-esteem is beginning to to get back to where it should be.
Well done Elli for managing to diet! I'm doing well on the wine diet but not much else.
hmm I put on 2lbs at my weigh in on Monday. So been back on low/no fat diet since then. Can't get weighed again until a week on Monday so will need to keep it going.
Today I have a huge appetite but it's second day off NRT so think I need to go for a run later!
