Good morning, I hope everyone is well and had a smoke free weekend.

I didn't find this weekend too bad, certainly compared with last. I am now just wishing I could stop thinking about cigarettes and smoking and just be a non smoker. Still must be patient.

I do know what you mean, i still have that feeling of, "ok, cigarette time" followed by "no it's not stupid" !!!

I see you live in York, what a beautiful city.

I still think about fags most days, but only think about them, don't crave them. I smoked for many, many years so I think we have to expect it to take time to feel "normal" as a non smoker.

You are well on your way to a whole month and that is great, do some reading of the links, it will help. Stay positive, it gets better I promise.

I am quite positive at the moment, just very impatient. I was gardening yesterday, once Spring comes and I can be in the garden properly that will help as I will be far too busy to think about fags.

Yeah, I'm in Cambridge so I know what you mean. Think how nice it will be when spring finally comes!

I still think about fags every day, but today I noticed it was not the FIRST thing I thought about. So that must be some improvement
