...I seem to be randomly housing myself in room available! Today I've decided to be a 3 monther!

Quit seems to be heading in the right direction yet again today; for me the same ol' rule applied that I try not to actually be quitting. Not counting seems to help me out. Unfortunately quitting the forum seems to be proving more difficult that giving up the smokes.

I'm having a separate dilemma today whether or not to enjoy Sunday having a beer whilst cooking Sunday Lunch or to hold off and go for a swim later on? I'm heading towards the first option and taking a break from gym/swim today.

Oh my car broke to so there's another excuse for not heading out!
