Been there know waht you are going through but well done you for being so strong, lol about the smells , Glad to see another runner on board hmmm running in the rain where i live here in Manchester its forgot about rain just seems to like snow and that is no fun to run in, keep on being strong Ellie freedom is just around the corner

I am not really enjoying the seeds, to be honest. But I found some that are spicy and I much prefer them. But I need to cut down on the chocolate. I don't want have to buy a load of new clothes because of an expanding waistline.

Good to hear that you are noticing some of the many benefits of not been a smoker, improved sense of smell, better skin, better health etc etc.
Running, wow I just about manage to walk the dog, but you never know come the nicer weather I might just have to jog a bit :eek:
I am soo glad I don't have any creme eggs in the house because now you have mentioned one I could just kill for one, however dinner is almost cooked so roasted chicken will just have to do.
We all go throught it Ellie so when it happens just hang in there for a few minutes and it will go away. There will be times it lasts a bit longer but you just have to see it out, and you will because we all know you're determined.

Yes, I am determined, Jack. My biggest problem is not to give out to my husband. He is procrastinating about starting his quit. It is almost amusing to listen the his hollow excuses to delay his quit. I am holding my tongue because I don't want to be accused of stressing him. The boys have made a few comments like 'Why can't you stop, if Mum can?' So I am hoping his alpha male pride will kick in soon.

He quit just a couple of days later
