Congratulations on 3 months !! Always good when you are quit for the longest time you've ever gone

Once you are eventually off the patches, you need to expect 3-4 days where you need to grit your teeth a bit more, and after that you will find it as easy off the patches as you do with one on. I'm obliged to prepare you for the 3-4 day adjustment period so you expect it.

Look at you! Well done Jude. I do agree with Jase though. There will be a nicotine ajustment period. Though, as you've done it the cut down way it shouldn't be too harsh. Thats how I came off them x
